Fox Ridge State Park is heavily treed and surprisingly hilly. The walk is on the paved park roads and the easier more accessible trails. All trails are well marked. Walkers must have the ability to do rather steep hills but the scenery is worth the effort. All walks begin and end at the Brick Pavilion.

Driving Directions

Enter Charleston, IL on Route 16, Lincoln Avenue.From Lincoln Ave turn North onto 2nd St. Right away you will see Morton Park and a parking lot, park there. Start Point is the East Pavilion adjacent to parking lot.
