AVA/IVV Welcome Walk 3 or 6 Miles (5, 10 Kilometers) Event Location: START & FINISH - American Legion Post 1393445 Washington Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201:Friday; Event Day Registration 10:00 am till 3:00 pm, 5 +/- & 10 +/- Start between 12:00 noon - 3:00 pm Finish by 6:00 pm, BIKE: IVV credit only $4.00. Hours 12 noon - 4:00 pm, Swim times TBD, Opening Ceremony 3 pm; Saturday 21 +/- km start 8:00 am - 11:00 am,12 +/- km start 8:00 am - 12:00 noon, Bike: IVV credit only $4.00. Hours: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, Swim: TBD, IVV credit only, Social: Hours: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm. All Finish by 5:00 pm, Saturday Evening Social TBD; Sunday 21 +/- km start 8:00 am -10:00 am, 12 +/- km start 8:00 am -12 noon. Bike: IVV credit only $4.00. Hours: 8:00 am- 2:00 pm, Swim times TBD. Closing/ Awards Ceremony 3:00 pm, All Finish by 4:00 pm.

LOCATION: All walks begin and end at the American Legion Post 139. 3445 Washington Blvd,Arlington, VA 22201, .3 of a mile from the Virginia Square Metro-rail Station N Monroe St, Arlington, VA 22203.The station which is part of the Washington Metro-rail system (www.wmata.com). Paid Garage Parking TBD. There is paid parking available on the local streets and parking can be a problem. Please arrive early and pay attention to parking restrictions on meters. WALKING DIRECTIONS: Exit metro Head north on N Monroe St toward Fairfax Dr, Continue onto N Lincoln St.Turn right toward Washington Blvd.Turn left toward Washington Blvd.Turn left toward Washington Blvd.Turn right onto Washington Blvd.Turn left, Destination will be on the left.
