AVA Sanctioning & Administration Portal

Manage club events, submit and review sanction requests, and access HQ administration tools. Access is restricted to club officers, Regional Directors, and AVA Headquarters staff.

Who this portal is for

Three roles use this portal to keep AVA's sanctioning and administration running.

Club Manager

Submit sanction requests for your club's events, manage stamps, insurance, and after-action reports, and designate Event Points of Contact (POCs) for your club's members.

Regional Director

Review pending sanction requests from clubs in your region, approve or send feedback to club points of contact, and monitor regional activity.

HQ Staff

Manage clubs, regions, users, and special programs; oversee billing, generate reports, and configure system-wide settings for the entire AVA organization.

How access works

Anyone with an AVA member account can sign in here using their existing my.ava.org credentials. After signing in, members without administrative privileges can make themselves visible to a club; from there an existing Club Manager can elevate them to Manager or Event POC.

Administrative roles are delegated to clubs themselves — not granted by HQ. Don't have an account yet? Create one at my.ava.org.
